D   - serology for H. pylori infection

A   - high dose PPI-AMO-MET for 7 days
B   - Bismuth based quadruple therapy for 14 days
C   - Sequential therapy
D   - PPI-AMO-CLA for 14 days

A   - Immediately following completion of the eradication therapy
B   - At least 4 weeks after completion of eradication therapy.
C   - Following completion of the eradication therapy but still remaining on PPI therapy.
